In 1979, Gaudenzia emerged as one of the nation’s first providers to offer addiction treatment specifically designed for pregnant women and women with children.

Today, we continue that legacy by providing evidence-based, person-centered care that is trauma-informed, culture-informed, and gender-responsive.

Gaudenzia’s Kindred House is a residential addiction treatment facility in West Chester, PA, where women can bring their children with them into treatment without fear of losing custody while seeking care.
